Privacy Policy

KuluTV is developed and published by LAT Softwares. For any privacy-related matters, contact us at privacy@latsoftwares.com.

KuluTV operates primarily as a local application. The following is a complete list of data the app stores and/or transmits: • Provider credentials (Xtream username/password or M3U URL) — stored locally on your device only, in an encrypted SQLite database. These are never transmitted to LAT Softwares. • Channel list, watch history, and favourites — stored locally on your device. • Account & subscription status — if you create a KuluTV account to subscribe, we store your email address and your current plan (Free, Pro, or Ultra). Payments are processed on this website by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. • Crash reports — if you opt in, anonymised crash data may be collected via a third-party service to help us fix bugs.

• We do not collect your name or any personal identifiers beyond the email address you choose to register for a subscription. If you only use the free app, we collect nothing about you. • We do not track which channels you watch. • We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties. • We do not display advertising inside the app. • We do not build user profiles for advertising.

When you add an IPTV provider to KuluTV, the app connects directly to that provider's servers using the credentials you supply. LAT Softwares has no visibility into this connection. Your provider has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle your data.

KuluTV integrates with the following third-party services: • Stripe — processes subscription and one-time payments made on this website. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never accessible to us. • Supabase — stores your account (email) and entitlement (plan) so the app can unlock the features you've paid for. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy. No advertising SDKs are included in KuluTV.

All locally stored data (watch history, favourites, provider credentials) persists until you uninstall the app or manually clear it from the app's Settings. We have no ability to remotely delete your local data.

KuluTV is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of KuluTV after changes constitutes acceptance.
