How to add an Xtream Codes provider
Go to Settings → Add Provider → Xtream Codes. Enter your server URL, username, and password.
How to add an M3U playlist
Go to Settings → Add Provider → M3U URL. Paste your M3U link or pick a file from local storage.
Channel list not updating
Pull to refresh on the Channels screen, or go to Settings → Providers → Sync Now. Background sync runs every 6 hours.
Channel not playing / broken stream
Try the external player option in the channel menu. Some streams require specific formats. Also check your internet connection.
Video freezes or buffers constantly
Check your network speed. Try lowering the stream quality if your provider supports it. Switch to a wired connection on TV.
Managing your subscription
Sign in at kulutv.tv/account and tap Manage subscription. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your card.
