Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using KuluTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of KuluTV.

KuluTV is a media player application that enables users to play IPTV streams from third-party providers. KuluTV does not host, distribute, stream, or provide any media content. All content is sourced directly from providers chosen by the user.

You are solely responsible for: • Ensuring that any IPTV provider you connect is licensed to distribute the content they offer. • Complying with the laws of your country regarding IPTV and streaming services. • The credentials you add to the app and the content you access through them. LAT Softwares has no control over the content available through third-party IPTV providers and accepts no liability for such content.

You agree not to: • Use KuluTV to access pirated, unlicensed, or otherwise illegal content. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App. • Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

KuluTV is available as a free app with an optional Premium upgrade (monthly, yearly, or one-time Lifetime). • Subscriptions are purchased on this website and billed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. • Recurring plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel, switch between Monthly and Yearly, or update your card at any time from kulutv.tv/account. • Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. • Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. • Refund requests may be made within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@latsoftwares.com.

KuluTV, its code, design, and all associated assets are the intellectual property of LAT Softwares. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use LAT Softwares branding, trademarks, or intellectual property.

KuluTV is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LAT Softwares does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We do not warrant the accuracy or legality of content accessed via third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAT Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KuluTV, including access to any content through a connected IPTV provider.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to KuluTV at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations) shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LAT Softwares is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
